Customer Testimonial

December 7th, 2009 No Comments

I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service.

I placed an order with you on Friday morning of last week, and added a note to ask if you could despatch the item asap, as it was needed for a child’s Christmas concert.

The item was received the next morning – can’t ask for better service than that!

I will certainly be shopping with you again.
Thank You, Susan Dec 2009

Children’s Clothes: New Stripy Tops in Funky, Trendy Colours

September 24th, 2009 No Comments

Our popular wide stripy tops for children are now back online in some of the more traditional colours.

We also have some funky new colours available. As always the quality is top of the range. Our stripy and plain tops will retain their shape wash after wash. They are soft and comfortable to wear.  We have lots of testimonials on site that mention the outstanding quality of the tops.

One customer recently pointed out that our tops are “wonderfully bright and different, and not too gender-specific”. If you are a little fed up with the drab browns, dark blues and greys one usually find in the shops (especially for boys) look no further.

Successful Blogging

April 28th, 2009 2 Comments

As I have mentioned before setting up www.ksbkids.com from stratch was a challenge – I mean I knew nothing about setting up a e-commerce website.  But do you know what, looking back I think setting up the site was a small challenge compared to the challenges I now face!

Where do I start…………..SEO, blogging, twitter + everything else. I have days where I wonder what I have started, days where I wish I was so stubborn so that I would admit failure and give up.

When do you give up and when do you carry on? Also why would I see it as a failure to give up, why not just come to the conclusion that it wasn’t me who failed – it just wasn’t meant to be? So many questions and this evening very few answers.

Having said that now and again you come across something that makes your life a little easier, something that makes you understand things better. That was indeed what happened when I viewed the following link: http://www.hubspot.com/archive/blog-webinar I am gonna follow their blog – http://blog.hubspot.com/

I am just a little wiser this evening about how to blog successfully.  Ok I am still to learn how to write successful blogs, but bear with me and hopefully that will come.

Eating Out

April 13th, 2009 No Comments

Well to get away from work Frances and I (my lovely friend) decided to go for a meal. I could feel sorry for myself for spending Easter on my own, but that is not an option at the moment! So off we went for our meal – decided on a Tapas bar in Birmingham. The waitress recommended that we between us should order 5 dishes. Hey ho we ordered 9 and when the food was served they had to move us to a bigger table. Slightly embarrassing, but well worth it!
